“Cat and Paste!” – A Chaotic Copy-Paste Hide-and-Seek Game
“Cat and Paste!” is a chaotic copy-paste hide-and-seek game for 2–16 players online, split into Cats and Hunters.
Cats “copy” objects on the stage to transform into them, then “paste” piles of decoys everywhere to hide among them.
Crates, barrels, tractors, even giant trees – Cats can become anything, whatever its shape or size.
Hunters use hammers and rifles to track down the Cats blending into the scenery.
Hide Any Way You Like!
Cats can freely change the color of whatever they transform into, too. Paste copies in all sorts of colors, and you’ll have a rainbow-colored mountain in no time.
Sneak quietly into a pile of crates, or fill the whole stage with giant rainbow trees – it’s up to you.
Copy and paste to your heart’s content and try out hiding strategies that will leave the Hunters stunned!
Become a Hunter and Find the Cats!
The Cats may run wild, but the Hunters’ weapons are powerful too. If something looks suspicious, just give it a whack!
Swing your hammer to blast away everything around you in one go.
Land a single rifle shot, and all the linked decoys will vanish one after another in a chain reaction.
A transformed Cat might have its tail or face peeking out, and pasted objects might look slightly distorted.
Can you see through the Cats’ disguises?
Play with Friends and Viewers!
Play together with your friends, or join public rooms and play with new people!
You can also share an invite code to play together with your stream viewers.
Solo or Team Play! Two Rule Sets to Enjoy
[HIDE & SEEK ROYALE]
Everyone starts as a Cat and hides, then everyone becomes a Hunter and searches for each other. The player who finds the most Cats wins.
[HIDE & SEEK WARS]
An infection-style mode with a Cat team and a Hunter team. Cats who get found join the Hunters. If any Cats survive until time runs out, the Cat team wins.
Build Your Own Stages in Edit Mode
The game also features “Edit Mode,” where everyone can freely place objects on the map to build a stage together.
Will you make a hiding paradise that drives Hunters to tears? Or a flashy stage covered in rainbow colors?
Stages you create can be saved, so you can play your favorites again and again.
Work together, and you might just create something incredible!?
